THE PROMOTION
Listeners are invited to send in their requests for the KUIC Free Lunch Friday to be delivered to their office.
1) Listeners will send their requests via email at workforce@kuic.com, fax 707-446-0122 or mail to 555 Mason Street, Suite 245, Vacaville 95688. Requests can also be made by signing up at station events and promotions.
2) Additional ways to participate may be announced at KUIC's discretion.
3) The winner is not required to be listening or to call in to win.
4) Once the winning office is selected, lunch from the Blue Frog Grog & Grill, beverages and car washes from 5 Star Car Wash will delivered on the selected Friday at approximately 12pm.
LEGAL RESTRICTIONS AND RELEASES:
1) All winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is under eighteen) are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, duties or fees applicable to prize winners.
2) All participants grant permission for KUIC to use their voices, names, and likeness, voice and the fact that he she won the prize in all areas incidental to the contest.
3) Only one winner per office every 90 days.
4) All applicable federal, state and local taxes must be paid by winners.
5) Certain date restrictions may apply.
6) Employees and immediate family members of employees of KUIC, Coast Radio Company, Inc ...and its participating contest sponsors are not eligible (immediate family member is defined as: (father, mother, sister, brother, daughter or son husband, wife, stepchildren, grandparents).
7) Winners release Coast Radio Company Inc., or their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and participating sponsors from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
8) Other ways of winning may be announced at KUIC’s discretion
9) Entrants and winners agree to be bound by the Official Contest Rules and the decision of Coast Radio Company Inc., will be final and binding in all respects.
10) Complete rules and prize descriptions are available by sending a stamped self- addressed envelope to Promotions, KUIC, 555 Mason Street, Suite 245, Vacaville, CA, 95688.
