KUIC presents the 9th Annual Radio-A-Thon, "Hope Begins With a Meal" for Mission Solano on Thursday, November 15th from 5am - 7pm.
This Thanksgiving, "Hope Begins With a Meal" and that meal and care begins with you. It only costs $1.79 to provide a meal and care at Mission Solano, where a meal and a few kind words can change your whole outlook on life.
To donate, call 707-425-FOOD (3663) on the day of the Radio-a-thon or click here to donate online. Remember this will not be active until the day of the Radio-a-thon, November 15th.
This all day event is a great chance for volunteers to contribute a couple hours of their time to help answer phones and take in pledges. This event clearly shows how much we need support from the community in order to help our hungry, homeless, and hurting, especially during the cold winter season.
